Former WWE Heavyweight Champion Jake Hager, known to wrestling fans as Jack Swagger, suffered a knockout defeat against Amanpreet Singh at Power Slap 21 in Las Vegas.

This marks a significant turn for Hager, who had previously maintained an undefeated record in Bellator MMA and secured a knockout in his debut Power Slap event in April.

The bout began with an electric start, as Hager managed to floor Singh with his first strike after receiving an initial shot from his opponent.

Despite this early success, the momentum shifted after Hager absorbed two substantial blows during the opening exchanges.

Singh then delivered a powerful slap that caused Hager to fall backward, leading the referee to immediately stop the contest.

Hager, who made his entrance with his signature WWE catchphrase, "We The People," had initially appeared confident.

While the subsequent exchanges after the initial knockdowns did not seem to trouble either competitor significantly, Singh's decisive slap ultimately ended the match.

Following the knockout, Hager required assistance to get back to his feet as Singh celebrated his victory.
