Princess Catherine has shared new photographs of her reunion with her family following her completion of the Three Peaks Challenge.

The images show the Princess of Wales alongside her children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, as well as her husband, the Prince of Wales.

Her parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, and her brother James, were also present for the reunion, which took place after Catherine scaled Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) in north Wales.

The Three Peaks Challenge saw Princess Catherine climb the highest peaks in England, Scotland, and Wales within 24 hours.

She summitted England's Scafell Pike, Scotland's Ben Nevis, and concluded the challenge on Yr Wyddfa.

This endeavor was undertaken to support the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, the hospital where she received treatment for cancer.

This public engagement marks a significant return to royal duties for Princess Catherine, demonstrating her commitment to raising awareness for cancer care after her own diagnosis and subsequent remission.

Catherine previously described the challenge as an opportunity to "explore life beyond diagnosis and to give something back." She emphasized the importance of holistic healthcare, stating, "Every individual is different, and ensuring there is a whole person approach to care enables those living through cancer to manage the deeply personal challenge of diagnosis." The Royal Marsden Hospital defines holistic care as supporting the entire person, integrating physical, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being with clinical treatment.

Upon announcing her cancer diagnosis, Princess Catherine described it as a "huge shock" and acknowledged the "incredibly tough couple of months" she endured.

While details of her specific cancer were not disclosed, Kensington Palace had expressed confidence in her full recovery.

Approximately a year later, she announced her remission, expressing her "relief" and subsequently resuming her royal engagements.

The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity has established a fundraising page for the princess's walk, aiming to enable more individuals with cancer to benefit from holistic care.
