Victoria Lee Robinson's father, Will, has filed a restraining order against Tom Sandoval, alleging significant injuries from a June 3 altercation at a Hollywood Hills rental home.

This development adds another layer to the ongoing legal disputes between the parties, highlighting the escalating tensions.

According to the filed documents, Will Robinson claims his back was severely injured during the incident.

He states he suffered a ruptured disc, broke his thumb and elbow, and cut his heel after Sandoval reportedly shoved him into a lit fire pit.

The confrontation allegedly began when Victoria Lee Robinson and Tom Sandoval were arguing about "Tom lying," and Will intervened when Sandoval "overpowered" his daughter.

Following the physical altercation, Will Robinson claims that Tom Sandoval locked himself in a guest room and "began talking about himself having a gun." While Will does not assert that Sandoval directly threatened to use the weapon, he found the comment concerning enough to report it to the police when they arrived at the scene.

In an update, a temporary restraining order for Will Robinson has been denied, with the court indicating a need for more information at a hearing before issuing an order.

This comes after Victoria Lee Robinson was arrested on the night of the incident, and Tom Sandoval was later granted his own temporary restraining order against both Victoria and her father.

Sandoval's claims included allegations that his ex-girlfriend repeatedly hit him and that Will Robinson punched a hole through a bedroom door, threatened him, and put him in a bear hug.

Victoria and Will have been ordered to vacate the shared residence.

Will Robinson's recent filing also expresses a desire to ensure the retrieval of four cats from the property: his cat, Pumpkin, and Victoria's cats, Keeks, Punk, and Yellow.
