Disney is preparing to launch early ticket sales for the highly anticipated sequel, 'Avengers: Doomsday,' next week.

The studio intends to make premium-format tickets available starting July 20, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

This move allows fans to secure their seats well in advance of the film's December 18 release.

Accompanying the ticket sale announcement is the reveal of the film's runtime: 165 minutes, or two hours and 45 minutes.

While a final cut may still be subject to minor adjustments, this early disclosure indicates the film's approximate length.

This runtime positions 'Avengers: Doomsday' as longer than 2018's 'Infinity War' (149 minutes) but shorter than 2019's 'Endgame' (181 minutes).

These early tickets are specifically for Infinity Vision theaters, a large-format designation established by Disney for select screens.

This initiative follows Warner Bros.' decision to secure IMAX theaters for 'Dune Part III' for three weeks after both films' December 18 release.

The strategy of offering early tickets aims to generate buzz, similar to Universal's approach with 'The Odyssey,' which saw select IMAX tickets go on sale a year in advance.

In addition to 'Avengers: Doomsday' tickets, Disney will also offer Infinity Vision tickets for a re-release of 'Avengers: Endgame,' titled 'Avengers: Endgame Encore,' scheduled for September 25.

'Endgame' remains the second-highest-grossing movie of all time globally, trailing only 2009's 'Avatar.'

The ticket sale launch precedes Marvel's presentation at San Diego Comic-Con on July 25, where the first full trailer for 'Avengers: Doomsday' is expected to debut.

An online release of the trailer is also anticipated, especially given the timing of the ticket sales.

'Avengers: Doomsday' is set to reunite Earth's Mightiest Heroes as they confront a new antagonist, Doctor Doom, portrayed by Robert Downey Jr.

The extensive cast includes returning stars such as Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Chris Evans (Steve Rogers), Paul Rudd (Ant-Man), Anthony Mackie (Captain America), and Tom Hiddleston (Loki).

New additions to the ensemble feature Pedro Pascal (Mister Fantastic), Florence Pugh (Yelena Belova), Sebastian Stan (Winter Soldier), Vanessa Kirby (Invisible Woman), Simu Liu (Shang-Chi), Letitia Wright (Black Panther), Patrick Stewart (Professor X), and Ian McKellen (Magneto), among others.

The film is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo.
