Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and pop superstar Taylor Swift are now married, having tied the knot at Madison Square Garden on July 3.

The high-profile event saw over 1,000 guests, including numerous celebrities and figures from the sports world.

Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, a close friend of Kelce's, shared photos from the wedding festivities on July 4.

Mahomes and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, had previously managed to avoid cameras during the event itself, but the shared images provide a glimpse into the star-studded occasion.

This development offers fans a closer look at the private celebration of two prominent public figures.

Adam Sandler officiated the ceremony, which was described by Good Morning America's George Stephanopoulos as "great, moving," and both "funny and touching." Stephanopoulos noted that the vows were "real, vulnerable, serious, and silly," conveying a "deeply loving" sentiment, making the large Madison Square Garden venue feel intimate.

Among the attendees were several current and former Chiefs players, including head coach Andy Reid and his wife, Tammy Reid.

Chiefs owner Clark Hunt, his wife Tavia Hunt, and their children Gracie and Knobel Hunt were also present.

Taylor Swift's brother, Austin Swift, served as her Man of Honor, while Travis Kelce's brother, Jason Kelce, was his Best Man.

AMC CEO Adam Aron, in a since-deleted message, detailed the transformation of Madison Square Garden for the event.

He described the venue as being draped in peach and white upon entry, with large blown-up pictures of Swift and Kelce from childhood to their late teens.

The ceremony area was reimagined as an "outdoor garden at a lush countryside retreat," draped in green and white with real flowers and artificial trees, creating an intimate setting despite the large guest list.

Aron noted that the wedding party, including Travis Kelce in a white tux and Taylor Swift in a stunning white wedding dress with a long veiled train, entered to the sounds of violins and cellos.
