Former NFL linebacker and podcast host Will Compton has publicly shared his surprise regarding the guest list for the recent wedding of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift.

Compton, who has known Kelce since their time in the NFL, admitted he was "flabbergasted" not to receive an invitation to the event, which reportedly hosted around 1,000 guests.

Speaking on "Wake Up Barstool," Compton initially stated he "didn't think nothing of it" regarding the lack of an invite, especially as he was traveling in Italy.

However, his perspective shifted after seeing photos from the wedding, particularly noting the presence of Dean Blandino, the former NFL Vice President of Officiating and current Fox Sports rules analyst.

Compton questioned the authenticity of Blandino's invitation, asking, "Is that real?" After receiving confirmation from Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy, Compton suggested that his long-standing relationship with Kelce, stemming from his nine years as an NFL veteran, should have earned him a spot on the guest list over some others.

Portnoy himself described the situation as "stunning."

The guest list reportedly included other notable figures such as Mike Vrabel and his wife Jen, musician Machine Gun Kelly, and actor Jason Sudeikis.

Portnoy also mentioned that "Everybody at Tight U went and got invited," referring to Tight End University, an offseason summit for football players co-founded by Kelce, George Kittle, and Greg Olsen.

Will Compton was also present at a TEU event, alongside his podcast partner Taylor Lewan, yet this connection apparently did not secure him an invitation to the high-profile wedding.
