Ariana Grande will not be joining the cast of 'American Horror Story' Season 13, with sources confirming that scheduling conflicts related to her 'Eternal Sunshine' tour are the reason for her departure.

This development means Grande, who was announced as a cast member in October, will not make her anticipated debut in Ryan Murphy's horror franchise.

The change in production dates for 'American Horror Story' reportedly made it impossible for the singer to participate.

Sources close to the production have stated that Grande has not filmed any scenes for the upcoming season.

This news comes as Grande is actively engaged with her 'Eternal Sunshine' tour, which has already seen some dates rescheduled due to production issues.

The tour supports her 2024 album of the same name.

Grande had previously expressed that her role in the season would likely be a "tiny thing," telling Variety in November, "I'll probably have a very tiny thing to do in it, but I'll be grateful to be a part of it because I love everyone involved." Her previous collaboration with Ryan Murphy was in the first season of 'Scream Queens' in 2015.

The cast for 'American Horror Story' Season 13 is set to include several returning favorites such as Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, and Jessica Lange.

Other familiar faces like Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd, and Gabourey Sidibe are also expected to return.

Newcomers to the series for this season include Alex Consani and Avantika, alongside stars like Paul Anthony Kelly, Berto Colón, and Joey Pollari, who have worked on other Murphy projects.
