Country music artist Bailey Zimmerman will not face criminal charges following an incident involving alleged damage to a New Mexico hotel room.

Prosecutors have officially dropped the case, according to reports.

Zimmerman's attorney stated that the singer took immediate responsibility for the incident, which led to a swift resolution with the Bernalillo County District Attorney.

This development means that the legal proceedings against Bailey Zimmerman have concluded.

The District Attorney's Office confirmed that the decision to drop the charges was made after Zimmerman provided full restitution to the hotel.

This action addresses the financial aspect of the alleged damage.

The charges previously faced by Zimmerman included a felony count of criminal damage to property exceeding $1,000 and a misdemeanor for falsely obtaining services.

The incident reportedly occurred in May at the Sandia Resort & Casino, where Zimmerman allegedly caused significant damage to his hotel room.

Reports indicated that the damage amounted to $16,000, and he also allegedly left without paying a $400 bill for alcohol.

The incident reportedly took place before a scheduled concert that was subsequently canceled.
