Actor Corey Feldman was reportedly hospitalized on Monday after experiencing a medical emergency during a flight to Los Angeles.

The incident occurred as Feldman was returning from Chicago, where he had participated in a "Stand by Me Live" event alongside his co-stars Jerry O'Connell and Wil Wheaton.

This development comes shortly after the trio had celebrated their iconic 1986 film with fans.

According to TMZ, an onboard doctor provided initial assistance to the 54-year-old actor after he began feeling unwell.

Upon the plane's arrival at LAX Airport, paramedics were on standby and transported Feldman to a nearby hospital for further evaluation and treatment.

The Los Angeles Fire Department confirmed that a 54-year-old man was taken for medical attention.

Sources close to TMZ indicate that doctors suspect Feldman's pain might be linked to pancreatitis or gallstones.

Representatives for Feldman had not responded to inquiries from Entertainment Weekly prior to publication.

Feldman had been in the Midwest over the weekend for the "Stand by Me Live" events, which included stops in Indianapolis on June 13 and Chicago on June 14.

The events featured Feldman, O'Connell, and Wheaton reflecting on the Rob Reiner-directed coming-of-age film.

Feldman had previously posted on social media that due to "incredible turnouts" at both shows, there was a high probability of announcing additional dates for the tour.

During his travels, the actor also made a stop in Gary, Indiana, the hometown of his late friend, Michael Jackson.

Earlier this year, Feldman had spoken to Entertainment Weekly about his exclusion from a 2026 Oscars tribute for "Stand by Me" director Rob Reiner, who was reportedly murdered in December 2025 alongside his wife Michelle.

While O'Connell and Wheaton were among the 17 actors invited to participate, Feldman expressed a feeling of being uninvited to a family reunion, though he acknowledged the good job done by his co-stars.
