Former "Dancing With the Stars" professionals Peta Murgatroyd and Maks Chmerkovskiy are officially renting out their Los Angeles residence.

The move comes as the couple and their three sons, Shai, Rio, and Milan, have settled into their new life in Boca Raton, Florida.

This development signals a significant change for the family, marking the end of their chapter in Los Angeles.

Property records indicate that the couple's Valley Village home, which features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms across approximately 4,300 square feet, was listed for rent about 20 days ago.

The asking price for the Napa-inspired property is $18,000 per month.

The house boasts several high-end finishes, including herringbone oak floors, solid alder wood doors, oak ceilings, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, custom cherry wood cabinetry, and a hidden "secret pantry."

The decision to rent out their Los Angeles home follows the couple's recent announcement of their cross-country relocation.

Peta and Maks documented their emotional journey in a YouTube vlog, showing tears as they departed Los Angeles with their belongings.

Peta also shared on Instagram that leaving Los Angeles was not an easy decision.

Since their arrival in Florida, Peta has provided updates, noting that the slower pace of life, warm weather, and observing their children thrive have made the move worthwhile.

However, the transition was not entirely without its challenges.

In their family vlog, Peta revealed that Shai's bike was stolen while they were preparing to leave Los Angeles.

She speculated that it might have been taken by a young homeless woman whom the couple had assisted the previous night with food and blankets.
