Sean 'Diddy' Combs is facing a new sexual assault lawsuit, filed by a former child actor who alleges the incident occurred at a 2007 networking event in the Hollywood Hills.

This lawsuit adds to the growing number of legal challenges for the music mogul, who is currently incarcerated and appealing a federal conviction.

The anonymous male accuser filed the lawsuit in California this week, claiming Combs guided him to a backroom at the event, offered him an alcoholic drink, and then sexually assaulted him.

The complaint details that Combs allegedly told the minor he wanted to discuss potential opportunities and that the child actor would be a good candidate for an upcoming project.

A representative for Sean 'Diddy' Combs has denied these new allegations.

Juda Engelmayer, a spokesperson for Combs, stated that the complaint describes events from nearly two decades ago and is based solely on the plaintiff's account.

Engelmayer expressed confidence that the facts would demonstrate the claims are without merit.

According to the lawsuit, the child actor, who was a minor under 18 at the time of the alleged May 2007 incident, told Combs he was uncomfortable with his touching.

The complaint further alleges that Combs then pulled down the plaintiff's pants and underwear, fondled his genitalia, and performed oral sex on him while simultaneously touching himself.

The accuser is identified in the suit by the pseudonym "John YH Roe" and is described as having launched his acting career around 2004.

This is not the first time Combs has faced accusations of sexual assault involving minors.

He has been sued by other plaintiffs who claim they were teenagers at the time of alleged assaults, with one accuser stating he was 10 years old.

Many of these previous allegations reportedly occurred at auditions or other business-related events.

Combs has consistently denied all allegations, asserting he has never sexually assaulted anyone.

Beyond the civil suits, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office is actively reviewing a separate sexual assault case against Combs.

This review follows investigations presented by both the LAPD and LASD.

Jonathan Hay, a music publicist, is among those who have accused Combs, claiming an incident of forced oral sex in 2021.

Hay has expressed that the DA's office review provides a "profound moment of validation" for him.
