During "Summer House: The Aftermath," Amanda Batula strongly refuted West Wilson's version of how their relationship began, labeling his claims as "bulls–t." Batula, speaking with Lindsay Hubbard a month after the Season 10 reunion, maintained that Wilson was the one who pursued her, not the other way around.

Hubbard, however, presented a different narrative, stating that Wilson had told Ciara Miller that Batula was "obsessed" with him and "had a crush" on him before any physical intimacy occurred.

Batula expressed shock and amusement at this, reiterating her disbelief.

Batula provided text message evidence to Hubbard, showing Wilson actively inviting her to hang out in group chats, invitations she initially declined.

For instance, a November 9 text showed Wilson asking Batula and Katie DeLuca to a bar, which Batula turned down due to an early cast trip and BravoCon.

Another instance on November 22 saw Batula declining a group hang-out, stating she was staying home with her mother and dogs.

After announcing her split from husband Kyle Cooke in January, Batula explained she sought to be more social.

This led to her spending more time with Wilson and his friends, including an evening at his apartment with others on January 17.

She admitted to finding the situation "weird" at the time.

Eventually, Batula began to question if she harbored genuine feelings for Wilson.

When Hubbard suggested Wilson might have "manipulated" her, Batula distanced herself from the word, though Hubbard readily owned the sentiment.

Batula also acknowledged being "selfish" for pursuing Wilson, given his past relationship with her former friend, Ciara Miller.

Batula attributed her connection with Wilson partly to her "awful" marriage to Cooke, stating she felt "overwhelmed" by someone caring for her.

She reflected that she might have confused the feeling of rediscovering herself and having fun with actual romantic feelings for Wilson.

This development is significant as it sheds light on the conflicting narratives surrounding the couple's controversial relationship timeline, which has put them at odds with their "Summer House" co-stars.

News emerged after the reunion that Wilson would not be returning for Season 11 of "Summer House." Batula, however, is a cast member on the spinoff "In the City" alongside Cooke and Hubbard, though her return to the main "Summer House" series remains unconfirmed.
