Jeremy Clarkson, known for his role on the BBC's *Top Gear* and now his Amazon series *Clarkson's Farm*, has revealed he was diagnosed with cancer.

The announcement came during the two-episode season five finale of *Clarkson's Farm*, where the 66-year-old presenter shared details of his health battle.

Clarkson stated that he received the diagnosis in May, confirming that a biopsy identified the cancer as "aggressive" but noted it was detected "really early." He also disclosed that the disease had affected 10% of his prostate gland.
