During the annual Trooping the Colour parade celebrating King Charles's official birthday, Prince George shared a notable moment of levity with his mother, Princess Catherine.

While royal watchers have grown accustomed to the high-energy antics of Prince Louis, it was his older brother, Prince George, who unexpectedly stole a moment of the spotlight.

The incident unfolded on the balcony of Buckingham Palace during the RAF flypast.

Prince George was observed attempting to suppress a sneeze, which ultimately got the better of him.

This led to a series of amusing facial expressions, culminating in a shared chuckle between him and Princess Catherine.

Earlier in the day, Prince George joined his siblings, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, in the Ascot Landau carriage, riding alongside their mother.

The children waved to well-wishers lining The Mall as they made their way to the palace.

For the significant occasion, Princess Catherine and her three children coordinated their outfits with shades of baby blue.

Princess Catherine, in her role as Colonel of the Irish Guards, wore a baby blue ensemble by Catherine Walker, complemented by a Philip Treacy hat and the Irish Guards brooch.

Prince George and Prince Louis's ties were chosen to perfectly match their mother's coat, while Princess Charlotte's white gown, reportedly designed by Alessandra Rich, featured subtle powder blue embroidery.

Princess Charlotte also accessorized with a three-strand pearl bracelet, an accessory favored by her late great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.

Interestingly, Princess Catherine herself was also reportedly caught sneezing during the ceremony.

This has been linked to a reported allergy to horses, which she once mentioned in 2011, stating she hoped to overcome it by spending more time with the animals.

This shared experience of sneezing added a relatable touch to the royal family's appearance at the event.

Beyond the Wales family, other members of the Royal Family present for the parade included Duchess Sophie and Prince Edward, Prince Richard and Birgitte, the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, and the Duke of Kent.

The tradition of celebrating the monarch's official birthday in June dates back to 1748, becoming an annual event after 1760 during the reign of George III, despite King Charles's actual birthday being in November.
