John Cena has revealed a new shaved head look as he prepares for his second hair transplant.

The actor and former wrestler shared a photo on his Facebook page on Monday, June 29, showing himself with a completely shaven head alongside Dr.

Ken Anderson, indicating he "went all in" for the upcoming treatment.

Cena's post detailed his commitment to achieving the "best possible results" for this second FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) treatment.

This development follows his initial hair transplant, which he underwent in November 2024, also with Dr.

Anderson and his team at the Anderson Center for Hair.

The decision to pursue hair restoration was influenced by his WWE fans, who, according to Cena, held him accountable for his hair loss.

In an August 2025 PEOPLE cover story, he explained that signs from the audience, such as "The bald John Cena," prompted him to explore his options and learn about scalp and hair health.

This led him to adopt a comprehensive routine including red-light therapy, minoxidil, vitamins, and specialized shampoo and conditioner, in addition to the transplant.

Cena expressed regret that he didn't undergo the procedure sooner, stating, "I hate the fact that if there wasn't so much shame around it, I'd have gotten it done 10 years ago." He highlighted that many men experience thinning or baldness and emphasized that there should be no shame in seeking solutions.

He believes the transformation has significantly impacted his life and career, offering him greater versatility as an actor.

"A different hairstyle can identify a part that can get me more work, do the thing I love to do," he remarked.
