Wrestler-turned-actor John Cena has embarked on a second hair transplant journey, revealing a fully bald transformation ahead of the procedure.

Cena shared his decision on X, stating, “Round 2 of FUE treatment, and this time I went all in for best possible results.” This development is significant as Cena has been candid about his hair loss, openly discussing his previous transplant and the societal pressures surrounding male pattern baldness.

Cena posted a photo on X showing him shaking hands with his doctor, Ken Anderson MD, at the Anderson Center for Hair, expressing gratitude to the staff for accompanying him on this journey.

This marks his second such procedure, with the first hair transplant having taken place in November of last year.

His decision to pursue further treatment comes after years of addressing his hair loss publicly.

In April 2025, Cena confirmed his initial hair transplant on ESPN’s The Pat McAfee Show, stating, “There’s no shame in that, man.

I got a problem, I tried to fix it.

I’m working on it.” He also mentioned that fan observations, including signs reading “The bald John Cena,” influenced his decision to seek options for his hair loss.

Cena has adopted a comprehensive routine to maintain his hair, which includes red-light therapy, minoxidil, vitamins, shampoo, and conditioner, in addition to the transplants.

He has consistently advocated against the stigma associated with hair loss and treatment, noting that he wished he had pursued treatment a decade earlier if not for the societal shame.

Cena emphasized that he refuses to feel ashamed of his procedures, believing it has positively impacted his life.
