The video captures Sandoval accusing Victoria of filming him, after which Will appears to intervene.

Sandoval then allegedly pushes Will, causing him to fall over the fire pit.

The video cuts as Sandoval re-enters the home, with Will seen following him inside.

Following these events, Tom Sandoval filed a request for a domestic violence restraining order against Victoria.

In court documents obtained by People, Sandoval claims Victoria was verbally and physically abusive on June 3, alleging she punched him in the face and caused injuries to his neck and ear.

He also states that Will "lunged" at him "in his inebriated state," resulting in a hole in a bedroom door.

While acknowledging Sandoval pushed Will, the source claimed Will's intoxication contributed to his fall and stated that Sandoval possesses extensive video evidence of alleged abuse that will be presented in court.
