According to court documents obtained by People, Sandoval alleges that Victoria Lee Robinson punched him in the face on the night of June 3, resulting in injuries to his neck and ear.
Photos reportedly showing evidence of these injuries were included in the temporary restraining order (TRO) request, as reported by TMZ.
Sandoval's filing also details an alleged altercation with J.
Will Robinson during the same incident.
Sandoval claims that Robinson "lunged" at him "in his inebriated state" and punched a hole in his bedroom door.
Following the news of the restraining order requests, an unverified video surfaced on social media, purportedly showing Sandoval pushing Robinson into a lit fire pit.
The court documents further state that Sandoval has experienced both physical and verbal abuse from Victoria Lee Robinson throughout their relationship.
He claims she has "punch[ed] my face, strik[ing] my neck, throw[ing] a full Gatorade bottle at me, [and] verbally assault[ing] me." Sandoval also alleges that she "repeatedly insulted and demeaned" him, calling him a "fucking loser" and stating that "the only reason people like you is because of me." Additionally, he accused her of changing his phone and social media passwords without his knowledge and tracking him using an AirTag.
Sandoval's filing notes that Victoria Lee Robinson and her father continue to reside in a rental home that he is currently paying for, while he has been "completely displaced." He stated, "I am bringing this request because I cannot tolerate her abuse any longer." A hearing for the restraining orders has been scheduled for July 16.
